When does the APP use the location permissions of the device?<\/strong>
\nWhen using the application we use the location of the device to geoposition the user in relation to the points of interest that we recommend visiting. This functionality allows the user to be informed of the relative distance at which they are located. It also allows the user to know the relative distance (from closer to farther) of all the places of interest that are in the tourist destination.<\/p>\n

Background use of location<\/strong>
\nWith the aim of improving the experience of the visit, the APP facilitates, through the use of GPS technology, the orientation in the route through the streets of the city with a notification system by proximity to points of interest (POI). This functionality can be enabled when the app is closed and running in the background. It can be disabled from the bottom menu “Settings” by deactivating the option “Proximity notifications”.
\nThis functionality allows users walking around the city to know that they are close to a point of interest to visit without the obligation to search for the content in the application.<\/p>\n

Background use of notifications<\/strong>
\nThese notices will appear on the users’ terminal on special occasions, to communicate information of interest such as, for example, opening parties, exhibitions, etc. They will be displayed in text format on your mobile and will contain a link in a web view within the application itself.<\/p>\n

Purposes of the treatment and legal basis<\/strong>
\nThe app only collects location data anonymously for your use. In no case will these data be incorporated into any file with the intention of carrying out data processing or incorporating them into any database for the purpose of making commercial communications.<\/p>\n
